At Badfish Jewelry, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Sale items (unless damaged or defective)

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Damaged or defective items

If you need a different size or received a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
